When you establish a trust with your Ruder Ware estate
planning attorney, you will need to name a trustee to manage and protect
the trust assets, collect and distribute the income according to your
wishes and intentions, and provide accurate and timely reporting
regarding the trust assets. Continuing a long tradition, our attorneys
are able to assist you by acting as trustee for you and your
beneficiaries through the Fiduciary Services Department. We know you,
your family and your wishes as expressed in your documents. We are
